Dungeon Crawler

A game where players usually work cooperatively or many-against-few to move through a game setting and fight enemies. Most dungeon crawlers use an element of luck (most often dice chucking) to determine battle outcomes. Similar to a Legacy style game, dungeon crawlers often have an optional “campaign mode” where players can use the same character(s) over many games, modifying or upgrading the characters based on performance in each game (example: gaining coins during a game to buy upgraded armor for the next game).
