A medium weight or mid-weight game is (surprise) somewhere between a heavy game and a light game. While many board gamers might agree on what games are “light” and “heavy”, the degree of the mid-weight games are highly subjective. On this blog we might use the BGG terms “Medium Light” or “Medium Heavy” to let you know which end of the scale a medium game is closer to.
